A Kamayan Dinner is a Filipino feast eaten entirely with your hands. Chef Ben Sloan and his team assemble the meal right front of you at your table. Meat, fruit, veggies and rice are all on display to create quite the colorful cornucopia. Think of it as the picnic of your dreams served on a bed of banana leaves. Reservations are required by phone with a minimum of two participants.
